Here are a couple of lovely cakes that I've made recently...red velvet. Not your regular red velvet - I don't use any oil or butter, but I still maintain the great taste and moisture of traditional red velvet. My mom LOVES this cake, so for Valentine's day, I made one for her and my dad :-) Check it out:

My mom was so excited that she hyped up the cake to one of her sisters. The next thing that I knew, my aunt was contacting me to make one for her. No icing, just cake:
